Journalism and content marketing I am currently associate editor of UNCG Research magazine and writer and editor for UNCG News, and I have also served as a video director for UNC Greensboro. In the past, I have written catalog copy for publishers,press releases, newsletters, and grant proposals for book presses and universities in North Carolina and elsewhere, and biographies for public speakers and community leaders.I have also served as a fact-checker for Our State Magazine.
Literary Writing and Editing My editorial experience includes serving on the staff of nationally prominent literary magazines such as The Southern Review, Cave Wall, and New Delta Review, as well as prestigious book publishers, such as LSU Press andCarolina Wren Press. I have also been a manuscript consultant for the North Carolina Writers' Network. I have been a writer-in-residence at the Weymouth Center and in January 2019, I was awarded a research grant from ArtsGreensboro. I am at work on a novel.
Language support I have worked with graduate students studying at Louisiana State University, UNC Greensboro, and North Carolina A & T University and professionals at Volvo, Syngenta, T.E. Connectivity, and other international companies. I have also created and edited curriculum for Louisiana State University, as well as for other institutions.
